Memorandum issued
by Minister of Education Paulo Renato Souza on October
1, 2001, published in Diário Oficial da União,
section 1, No. 190, on October 3, 2001:
"According to Article 2 of Law 9.131 of November
24, 1995, the Minister of Education hereby APPROVES
Report no. 1.133/2001 by the Chamber on Higher Education
of the National Council on Education, in favor of approving
the draft rulings on proposals for National Curriculum
Guidelines for the courses in Nursing, Medicine, and
Nutrition, as specified in Case no. 23001.000245/2001-11."
